How do I change or cancel my booking?

You can manage your booking online through our website using your booking reference and last name. For changes within 48 hours of departure, please contact our customer service team directly at 0203-002-0671. Changes are subject to fare rules and availability.

What is the baggage allowance for Royal Air Maroc flights?

Economy Class passengers are entitled to 23kg of checked baggage and 10kg of hand luggage. Business Class passengers receive 32kg checked and 12kg hand luggage. Additional baggage can be purchased online or at the airport (higher fees apply at the airport).

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refund processing times vary depending on your payment method and the type of ticket purchased. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days for credit cards and up to 21 business days for other payment methods. You'll receive email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Can I select my seat in advance?

Yes, you can select your seat during booking or afterwards through Manage Booking on our website. Seat selection is complimentary for Business Class passengers. Economy passengers can choose standard seats for free or pay extra for preferred seats with extra legroom or window/aisle preferences.

What documents do I need to travel to Morocco?

British citizens need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your date of return. No visa is required for stays up to 90 days for tourism purposes. We recommend checking the latest travel advice from the FCDO before your trip, as requirements can change.
