Welcome to Royal Air Maroc UK. By accessing our website and using our flight booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking. These terms apply to all UK departures and transactions processed through this portal.

1. Booking & Contractual Agreement

• The contract for your flight is between you (the passenger) and Royal Air Maroc.
• A booking is only confirmed once full payment is received, a booking reference (PNR) is issued, and the ticket is generated.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the names and details provided at the time of booking exactly match the passenger's travel documents (passport).

2. Fares, Taxes & Surcharges

• All fares quoted on our UK website include UK Airport Passenger Duty (APD) and applicable UK taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Fares are subject to availability and can change at any time until the booking is finalized and ticketed.
• Currency fluctuations or changes in government-imposed taxes after ticketing may result in additional surcharges, which you will be obliged to pay prior to departure.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Changes

• Cancellation and change policies are strictly dictated by the fare rule associated with your ticket (e.g., Light, Standard, or Flex).
• Non-refundable tickets (Light fares) will not be eligible for a cash refund, though UK Air Passenger Duty taxes may be refundable upon request.
• If Royal Air Maroc cancels a flight, you are entitled to a full refund or a free rebooking on the next available flight.
• Refunds, where permitted, will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

4. Baggage

• Baggage allowances are determined by your ticket type and Safar Flyer tier status, as outlined during the booking process.
• Excess baggage charges will apply for any weight or piece exceeding your paid allowance. These fees are non-refundable once paid.
• Prohibited items (as defined by UK Department for Transport and Moroccan aviation authorities) must not be placed in either cabin or checked baggage.

5. Passenger Conduct & Travel Documents

• It is your sole responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, visa, and health documentation required for your destination.
• If you are denied boarding or entry to a country due to invalid documentation, Royal Air Maroc accepts no liability, and no refund will be provided.
• Passengers must comply with all safety instructions given by the cabin crew. Disruptive behavior on board may result in detention upon arrival and future travel bans.

6. Limitation of Liability

Royal Air Maroc’s liability for flight delays, cancellations, baggage loss, or injury is governed by the Montreal Convention 1999 (and the Carriage by Air Act in the UK). Our liability is strictly limited to the amounts stipulated in these international treaties.

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (logos, text, graphics, and images) is the intellectual property of Royal Air Maroc and is protected by copyright laws.
• You may not scrape, cache, or use automated systems to access our website for the purpose of monitoring fares, extracting data, or competing with our services.
• Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our website content is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this UK portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
